Refund policy

Returns

At TAHISA Accessories, we want your jewelry to fit you perfectly. As our jewelry is carefully selected and prepared for you, we only accept returns for incorrectly selected sizes of rings and bracelets.

All other jewelry items, such as necklaces and earrings, are one-size-fits-all and therefore cannot be returned due to a change of mind or an incorrect size selection.

Return Conditions

A return due to an incorrect size is accepted if:

the item is a ring or bracelet,
the return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order,
the item is unworn and undamaged,
the item shows no signs of use, and
the item is returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item due to an incorrectly selected size.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the refund for the returned item using the original payment method.

The refund will be issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at tahisaaccessories@gmail.com. Please include photos of the item where appropriate. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
